Excessive Armpit Sweating
Everyone experiences sweaty armpits from time to time, especially those people that tend to work out on a regular basis, but there are some people that experience excessive armpit sweating even when they aren’t doing anything strenuous.
This can cause severe social issues with your peers and finding friends might prove to be a bit difficult if you suffer from this malady. The good news is that there are things you can do in order to get the excessive sweating under control and make your life a bit easier.

Excessive Armpit Sweating
There are multiple brands of antiperspirants and deodorants that you can use to help control your sweating and the odor that comes with it. While most of these can be purchased over the counter from your local store, there are some that will require a doctor’s prescription. If you feel that your excessive sweating is too much for regular store bought deodorants then contacting your doctor should be a priority.
You might find it beneficial to change your diet as well. Some foods are known to cause your body to sweat and by cutting these foods out you can drastically lower your sweating down.
Combining all of these tips will help you get your excessive sweating to a controllable level. These may not completely stop your sweating as there really isn’t anything that you can do to completely stop it. However, you should be able to go back out in public without having to worry so much.
You might be interested in knowing that Botox injections can help as well. These injections will cause the sweat gland to stop producing sweat. If your condition is extremely severe you might have to fall to surgery in order to help.
This is a last resort fix and should only be considered after discussing it with your doctor if all other things have failed to give you any relief. With surgery, the offending glands are completely removed from the armpit area.
